Construction Litigation Lawyer (2yrs-Senior Associate)

As one of the key litigators reporting to the Litigation Director, you will relish the challenge, rewards, and variety of the role, taking full ownership of your files and managing your own clients, resolving construction disputes including:
* Adjudication Applications under the Security of Payment laws
* Enforcing statutory rights to payment of payment claims
* Breach of contract claims
* Defective workmanship and breach of statutory warranties
* Delay and liquidated damages claims
* Disputes in relation to residential building contracts
* Recovery of unpaid progress claims and retention sums

Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years post-admission experience in construction or commercial litigation up to senior associate level
* Proven drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills with high attention to detail
* Highly adaptable, client‐centric, deadline driven, and results-focused
