Job Opportunity
A key role in delivering person-centred care to residents is available at our Echuca care home. The Care Manager will work with a team of clinical professionals to support the General Manager and ensure high-quality care standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily clinical operations, including staff allocations and delegation.
* Lead the care home clinical team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
* Review clinical incidents, complaints, and changes, ensuring compliance with AN ACC assessments.
* Manage person-centred care planning and evaluation for residents, including case conferencing with families and carers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need to have relevant qualifications and experience in a healthcare setting. Strong leadership and communication skills are also essential.
