Room Attendant Job Opportunity


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our housekeeping team as a Room Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, fresh, and welcoming environment.




Job Description:


* Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and laundry with attention to detail and in accordance with set standards.

* Ensure rooms and public spaces are well-presented and spotless, meeting the high expectations of our guests.

* Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping Team Members and Internal Laundry to ensure seamless operations.

* Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic and multiskilled team, assisting across various areas and contributing to a positive work environment.




Required Skills and Qualifications:


* Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel setting.

* Proven ability to clean to set standards within required timeframes, demonstrating strong time management skills and attention to detail.

* Effective prioritization of tasks during busy periods, ensuring efficient room quotas and deadlines are met.

* Excellent communication skills, both within the department and with other teams, facilitating effective collaboration and problem-solving.

* Able to manage room quotas and deadlines, stay organized while moving between rooms and public areas, and possess a clear understanding of safe cleaning practices and proper equipment usage.
