Job Title: Project Coordinator
This is a full-time position that requires an organised and proactive individual to join the team.
You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day repair activities from contract signing through to completion, working closely with Site Supervisors, trades, insurers and customers. The role involves:
* Coordinating end-to-end insurance repair projects, including scheduling inspections, trades and specialists;
* Preparing and updating work orders in Prime Ecosystem;
* Liaising with homeowners and insurers to provide updates on job progress;
The ideal candidate will have experience in a coordination or project support role within construction or maintenance industries. They should possess strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs at once. Additionally they should be able to communicate effectively in person or over phone/email.
