A small, but crucial organisation undergoing a multi-year technology and process transformation is seeking a hands-on Change Manager to lead the people, process and communication elements of this work.
You'll work closely with senior leaders and project teams to plan, deliver and embed change across initiatives including client-facing portals, HRIS uplift, BI capability, claims improvements and workflow digitisation.
This is a practical, delivery-focused role where you'll shape how the organisation understands, adopts and sustains new ways of working.
What you'll do
* Lead end-to-end change planning and delivery across multiple projects
* Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation plans
* Prepare and deliver clear communications and learning materials
* Coordinate training, workshops, briefings and stakeholder engagement
* Assess readiness and provide reporting on adoption, risks and issues
* Support light analysis or UAT coordination where needed to ensure changes land smoothly
What you'll need
* 5+ years' experience in organisational or technology-enabled change
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience developing change, communication and training materials
* Ability to work in a hands‑on, flexible way across concurrent initiatives
* Familiarity with change frameworks such as PROSCI/ADKAR (desirable)
* Melbourne-based with hybrid working (3:2)
