As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the trusted point of contact for our key clients, providing outstanding support via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
* Enter sales order data for assigned customer accounts
* Report on the order status of spare parts
* Assist customers with tracking spare parts delivery
* Maintain Customer Master Data
* Process returns, credits, NCRs, and Cash Sale EFTPOS transactions
* Support sales teams with pricing, delivery reporting, and invoice queries
Job Knowledge, Education, and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Experience in Sales Administration (desirable)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs
* Positive can-do attitude
* Experience with SAP or Ariba (desirable)
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders
