Legal Accounts Clerk Job Description

This is a legal accounts clerk position that involves various responsibilities.

* Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
* Manage trust receipts and trust transfers efficiently.
* Perform bank and trust account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
* Prepare and process client bills in a professional manner.
* Conduct general accounting and administrative duties as required.

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Able to work accurately with attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
