About the Role
We're looking for a Team Leader to join a well-established retail store in Melville. In this hands-on leadership position, you'll support store operations, drive sales performance, and create a safe, engaging workplace where your team and customers thrive.
You'll play a key role in coaching team members, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring every customer receives expert advice and genuine service.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a small, close-knit team
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences across retail and trade
* Provide expert colour and product advice, including paint tinting and mixing
* Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock control
* Maintain a high standard of store presentation and safety compliance
* Process sales transactions and end-of-day reports
* Build lasting relationships with customers and trade clients
* Support deliveries and in-store promotions as required
About You
* Previous experience in retail, trade, or paint-related environments
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience with strong coaching ability
* Confident communicator with a genuine passion for customer engagement
* Strong time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working in a hands‑on role, including manual handling
* Tech‑savvy with POS or stock management system experience
* Reliable, self‑motivated, and safety‑conscious
* Current driver's licence required
