We\'re looking for a fantastic Trainee Dental Assistant to help us make Great Smiles at 1300SMILES Chinchilla!
Our practice has been operating since 1951, and our team are committed to providing quality dental care to the community of Chinchilla and the Greater Western Downs Region.
What you\'ll do as a Trainee
* Provide exceptional patient care by providing our Dentists with chairside assistance in a range of treatments.
* Maintaining infection control and sterilisation standards.
* Maintaining all equipment and helping the team with stock control.
* Participate in the planning & treatment follow-up for patient, including pre & post op instructions and assisting with referrals.
* Play a proactive role in each day\'s appointment schedule and patient activities to ensure things run as seamlessly as possible.
* Lab work including making of mouthguards, whitening trays, splints, retainers.
* Be an advocate for positive and proactive dental care.
* Participate in team huddles and meetings.
