About Us

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) who regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW. This role sits more specifically in our ED Office in our Regulatory Operations division who perform the licensing, supervision and enforcement regulatory functions of SIRA.

Your responsibilities will include
:

* Manage stakeholder and partnership relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issue resolution
* Lead the delivery of key initiatives across a diverse portfolio of complex projects
* Provide expert advice on emerging issues and support delivery aligned with strategic plans and policy objectives
* Maintain transparent reporting routines to highlight performance trends and identify improvement opportunities
* Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that demonstrate the impact of government priorities
* Review and improve processes to enhance delivery outcomes and drive continuous improvement
