You will manage internal and external aspects of client relationships, including conducting industry and company research, helping with credit analysis, and partnering with product and industry specialists within the Global Corporate Bank.You will support deal teams and country leadership, with accountability for pitchbook preparation, transaction execution and reporting requirements, while ensuring seamless coordination among deal team members, product partners and internal stakeholders.Working here means joining a collaborative, supportive team. We’ll provide everything you need to be successful – from training and mentorship from senior leaders to projects that engage all your skills.Job ResponsibilitiesWork alongside Senior Bankers and Product Partners to execute transactions from initial pitch through to close for both existing and prospective clientsPrepare marketing materials for use in client meetings covering topics such as financing, working capital optimization, industry and peer analysisSupport Senior Bankers to help generate new revenue opportunities from prospects and existing clientsCollaborate with credit underwriting teams on analysis and documentation of credit requestsBuild and use financial models to support financing transactions; and to assist with reporting requirements and data managementCoordinate with coverage bankers to produce and distribute client deliverablesDevelop an understanding of the full breadth of J.P. Morgan products and service offerings, including but not limited to M&A, debt capital markets, equity capital markets, and treasury servicesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsMinimum 3 years relevant experience in Corporate or Investment Banking experienceProficient analytical, and modelling skillsOrganized, detail-oriented and proactiveAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative work environmentHighly motivated team player with solid communication and project management skillsOutstanding ethics, integrity and judgmentExcel and Power Point skillsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsExposure to the technology sectorExperience with another international/global bankOutstanding academic credentialsAbout UsJ.P.
