We’re seeking enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistants to join our team at The Athlete’s Foot for our Back to School period! Join an energetic team passionate about footwear, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping customers find their perfect fit. If you want to spend your summer working with top brands like Nike, Adidas, Brooks, Hoka, Asics, New Balance, ON Running, and more, this is the perfect role for you! We are hiring for Kotara, Charlestown, Glendale & Kotara Home.
Responsibilities include working with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs, assisting in processing and managing large volumes of stock, accurately picking, packing, and dispatching online orders, maintaining store cleanliness and supporting housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep, and bringing a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers find their perfect fit.

- Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock

- Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep

Skills and Experience
- Full availability from Mid-November 2025 to Mid-February 2026 – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, Current Years Eve & New Years Day
- Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle
- Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
