Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Flexographic Printer based in Brisbane, QLD.
The role involves operating flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials, setting up and adjusting equipment, and conducting quality checks. The candidate will also ensure production schedules are met while adhering to industry standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations. Collaborating with team members for troubleshooting and optimizing production processes is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
* Experience in operating flexographic printing presses and related equipment
* Knowledge of pre-press and color matching processes
* Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and maintenance of printing machinery
* Familiarity with quality checks, safety standards, and production schedules
* Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
