About the Role
As a Registered Nurse I, you'll lead resident assessments and develop personalized support plans to provide direct clinical care. You will be responsible for leading a team of care partners to ensure residents' needs are met and work closely with managers to promote consistency and excellence in care delivery.
* Provides leadership and direction to care partners to guarantee exceptional care standards.
* Develops and implements tailored care plans, identifies potential risks and informs senior management promptly.
* Able to build strong relationships with residents, communicate effectively and empower them to take control of their lives.
To succeed in this role, you will need tertiary qualifications in nursing, current registration with AHPRA and high-level clinical competencies. Additionally, you should be an effective leader and influencer who can motivate others to achieve excellent results.
