The Role:
As Property Manager, you will:
• Take full ownership of a centralised portfolio of 140 properties
• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day property management, including tenant relations, inspections, and maintenance coordination
• Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance operations and service delivery
• Liaise with high-value clients and ensure exceptional service standards
• Work autonomously with confidence, stepping into a pivotal role with influence and responsibility
About You:
We’re seeking someone who is:
• Experienced in Property Management, ideally with a medium-to-large portfolio
• Confident managing a centralised portfolio independently
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• A strong communicator with a client-first mindset
• Comfortable shaping processes and taking ownership of a key department
