Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in a maternity leave coverage role.
The successful candidate will work closely with a team of Psychologists and other administrative support staff, providing timely, efficient, effective, and highly confidential administrative services across both the Joondalup and Mount Lawley campuses.
This is a part-time (0.8 FTE) 12-month contract that requires the incumbent to focus on all aspects of customer service to achieve quality outcomes for all parties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in providing proactive, high-level receptionist services in a Mental Health/Allied Health and/or General Practice setting.
* Proven analytical abilities, attention to detail and use of initiative.
* Proficiency in computerized systems, specifically clinical/medical applications (including appointment booking software) and Microsoft Office.
* Understanding and experience of privacy and confidentiality requirements in Allied Health or General Practice settings.
Benefits:
This role attracts remuneration of $77,040 to $82,054 pa pro-rata 80% plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
