Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to join our team for a period of up to 12 months with the possibility of extension.
About the Role
The successful candidate will serve as an analyst on moderately complex critical or auxiliary systems, designing, coding, testing, documenting, implementing, and troubleshooting programs, program modifications, or applications based on specifications or contract with the customer.
The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is timely, accurate, and in compliance with departmental or project standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions to implement changes
* Communicate with users to gather information, coordinate the testing and migration of moderately complex applications to production, and provide related customer training for those applications
* Learn the business rules, technical design, and production requirements of complex subsystems
Requirements
* PeopleTools: App Designer - PeopleCode, Application Engine; SQR; Data Mover; Security setup (PeopleSoft Test Framework a plus)
* Oracle SQL
* PeopleSoft reporting tools – Query, BI Publisher, nVision
* PeopleSoft Finance experience with Purchasing, AP, AR, Billing, GL, Commitment Control

Education Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to computing, mathematics, or business
* 6+ years of experience with the PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials
* Extensive background working as a PeopleSoft programmer or developer
