We are seeking an organised, proactive individual to deliver customer service and administrative support, including reception duties, managing enquiries and appointments, and assisting with daily office operations such as mail, records, and events.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage reception and customer service (greeting visitors, calls, bookings, enquiries across phone, email, and face‐to‐face)
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve enquiries and provide accurate service information
* Support and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring an inclusive and welcoming environment
* Monitor inboxes, manage mail, and handle general office correspondence
* Maintain office operations, including supplies, equipment, and administrative support across teams
* Manage basic financial administration (petty cash, expenses, reconciliations)
* Identify and report customer service trends to support continuous improvement
About You
* Minimum 2 years' relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training (desirable)
* Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
* Well‐developed organisational, time‐management, and communication skills
* Confident and professional phone manner, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
* Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
