Job Position:Housekeeping Checker (Team Leader)
Employment Status:Part-Time, 27.5 - 30 Hours
Roster Requirements:Friday to Tuesday, 9:30am – 3:30pm
On-site training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicant. Duties include:
Assist with training and lead new team members.
Responsible for cleaning time frames and standards.
Complete checklists and report cleaning concerns to the Housekeeping Manager.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors, as required.
Provide a duty of care to yourself and team members.
Additional tasks within scope and skills, as directed by Management.
Personal Specifications
Passionate in all areas of guest satisfaction and provide the highest level of customer service.
Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Ability to work rostered hours presented, and public holidays as required.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills, written and verbal.
Confidence to work alone and within a team.
Punctual, efficient, and courteous at all times with guests, clients, and staff.
Exceptional personal presentation.
