This includes platforms, licensees, research houses, asset consultants, and institutional mid-market clients.The National Key Account Platform Manager role will sit within the Key Account Team and will be responsible for managing and deepening relationships with third-party platforms through which advisers access Vanguard solutions.Core ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary BAU relationship manager for all third-party platformsServe as the first point of contact for all internal platform-related and mid-market queriesManage contractual agreements, including platform master agreements, pricing arrangements, and rebate structuresOversee and take ownership for fund, ETF, and managed account additions and withdrawals across platformEnsure compliance with DDO (Design and Distribution Obligations) and other relevant regulatory requirementsCollaborate with IT and data teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of platform reportingCompile and share key platform insights and emerging trends across VanguardSupporting initiatives driven by our institutional, research, asset consulting and licensee business segmentsWhat We Are Looking ForStrong experience working with or for investment platformsDeep understanding of the legal and regulatory obligations of a fund manager in a platform environmentExcellent attention to detail and proven project management skills to support the development of this role and segment for continued growthAbility to translate business requirements into legal, regulatory, and technical (IT) contextsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively both internally and externallyInclusion StatementVanguard’s continued commitment to diversity and inclusion is firmly rooted in our culture.
