Global Mobility Tax Consultant
This role involves assisting multinational organisations with their tax obligations related to the movement of employees across international borders. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on the tax and social security implications of employee employment.
The key responsibilities include:
* Providing tax compliance and consulting services to external companies.
* Designing and implementing workforce tax planning initiatives.
* Managing tax aspects of global mobility programs, including tax equalization, tax protection, and tax planning.
* Handling tax audits and disputes related to global mobility.
* Coordinating global client services, liaising with foreign offices, and ensuring consistent high-quality client service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in tax, with a focus on individual tax compliance and consulting.
* Prior experience with Australian global mobility tax issues and/or international tax regulations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
