Senior Service Manager - Community Services

What's the role all about?

You'll be the go‑to person for keeping our community services on track. That means mentoring teams, streamlining operations, and bringing fresh energy to ensure services are person‑centred, efficient, and downright excellent. From client onboarding to incident management, billing, and team leadership, you'll be wearing many hats—but trust us, you'll look great in all of them

What you'll be doing

* Leading & supporting – guide, inspire, and support staff while making sure everything runs like clockwork.
* Client onboarding & documentation – get new clients settled in smoothly, making sure we tick all the right boxes.
* Incident management – keep things under control by addressing issues, providing training, and ensuring best practices.
* Community engagement – help spread the word, attend events, and boost service awareness in the community.
* Billing & payroll – review service billing, check timesheets, and help keep finances in check.
* Service agreement mastery – ensure agreements don't expire unnoticed and keep everything up to date.
* Roster magic – plan schedules like a pro, ensuring efficiency and happy teams.
