An Australian owned, family business, our client is a leader in the work wear industry. For over 20 years they have supplied to the corporate, hospitality, sports and education industries.
Currently they are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their Altona North team.
If successful you will be required to, but not limited to:
- Answer calls and provide support to customers with their enquiries
- Ensure all conversations are entered into the CRM
- Manage complaints and escalate when necessary
- Review and manage back order reports as required
- other administration duties as required.
To be considered for this role you will:
- Be confident and accurate with alpha-numeric data entry
- Have previous exposure to the MS Suite and CRM's
- Have a high level of written and verbal communication
- Be self-motivated and have a can-do attitude.
