Our groundbreaking flagship Social Wellness Club is set to open in July 2025, and will feature an 'all day concept' with a full state-of-the-art gym, group exercise classes, reformer pilates, cold plunge, sauna and spa. It will also feature the latest innovation and services, including recovery zones, sound bath, business lounge, co-working spaces, health food café, personal trainers, instructors, nutritionists and other health professionals.
All about the role:
At 'Lift Club', we're not just about lifting weights; we're about lifting spirits, confidence, and results. Squat, press, pull and deadlift your way to a noticeably stronger body, focusing mainly on barbell compound movements and short, sharp conditioning work.
In a nutshell:
You'll welcome members and help them find whatever they need or whatever they're looking for
You'll deliver immersive pre-programmed group exercise classes for up to 24 members at a time
You'll create thumping tunes to motivate and inspire members during the class
You'll embrace feedback and suggestions to improve your program delivery
You'll keep the gym floor safe, considering temperature, equipment and max occupancy
You'll advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for our members and team members
You'll attend paid team meetings and contribute to a supportive team culture
You'll be empowered to build a culture where the community become raving fans
All about you:
You have your Cert III and Cert IV in fitness
You have, or are willing to obtain, your First Aid Certificate
You have 5+ years of strength and conditioning experience. A+ for you
You're authentic. You love weight training in your own time and are passionate about inspiring members to experience physical, mental and emotional breakthrough moments in class
You're a natural on the podium and love leading group exercise classes
You're comfortable connecting with members and thrive on building true community
You're self-assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you're comfortable communicating at all levels
You have a can-do approach. You think on your feet. You're cool with ambiguity, and you roll with the punches when things change
You're motivated to continually improve. Whatever a member needs, whatever a member is looking for, you help them find it
