Asset and Maintenance Planning Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee maintenance activities across multiple sites, ensuring the reliability and availability of plant and equipment.
This is a hands-on role that requires trade qualifications in mechanical or electrical fields, as well as experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution. The successful candidate will lead a small team of multi-skilled tradespeople and be responsible for managing open work orders, daily task scheduling, and prioritization based on business needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen related to maintenance activities, proficiency with CMMS systems, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Maintenance Planning: Develop and manage preventative and planned maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Leadership: Lead and coordinate a small team of multi-trade technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance services.
* Resource Management: Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability of critical parts, monitor maintenance budgets, and report against KPIs and corporate objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* One or more trade qualification: Fitter & Turner, Mechanical Fitter, Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Maintenance Fitter, or an unrestricted Electrical Licence.
* Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
* Proficiency with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, MEX).
* Strong financial acumen related to maintenance activities.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
