About the Role
As our Client Concierge, you’ll coordinate key client touchpoints and make sure every interaction reflects our promise: clarity, care & confidence.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing proposals, client onboarding, and ATO/ASIC lodgements.
- Triaging client queries and keeping workflows on track.
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, and digital systems (FYI, Xero HQ, Ignition).
- Creating a seamless client experience — in person, on the phone, and online.
Think of yourself as the conductor of client experience— keeping things moving, accurate, and client-focused.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- A confident communicator who builds trust with ease.
- Organised, detail-driven, and proactive in solving problems.
- Experienced in client-facing admin (accounting, legal or skilled services ideal).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
