About You
You're an experienced Care Manager or Clinical Manager (RN) with:
* Current AHPRA registration (RN Div 1)
* Proven leadership in aged care management
* A collaborative, mentoring approach with RNs and care staff
* Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards & legislation
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* A calm, compassionate leadership style that inspires trust
