Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Governance Risk Management Lead to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our Federal Client's leadership, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust risk management strategies to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing comprehensive risk management plans that align with Australian Government policies and frameworks.
* Conducting regular assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
* Collaborating with technical and non-technical personnel to provide expert advice on cyber security best practices.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to data protection and information security.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience as a cyber security compliance specialist, with a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and Australian Government policies. They must also be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain Baseline clearance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive knowledge of Australian Government Policies and frameworks.
* Experience working in large complex ICT environments.
* Ability to handle multiple assessments and excellent attention to detail.
