Your Day-to-Day
As a Client & Administration Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and providing administrative support. Key responsibilities include:
1. Acting as a key contact for clients, fostering trust and strong relationships.
2. Processing physical mail received, and assisting with the management of ATO due dates, lodgements and reporting.
3. Ensuring the timely completion of administrative work associated with the delivery of accounting services to clients.
4. Supporting the preparation of proposals, setup of jobs, and billing of clients.
5. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
6. Taking ownership of processes and finding solutions to ensure an outstanding client experience.

While prior experience working in an accounting firm that uses Xero Practice Manager will be highly regarded, it's not a requirement. Provided that you have previous experience working in a customer service or administrative role, the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
