Job Overview:
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the administration of post-award contractual obligations and deliverables for assigned project contracts.
This includes assessing, reviewing, and advising on contractor claims, as well as providing input into additional scopes of work and assessing associated costs and risks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administration of contract variations and close-out procedures, including completion certificates and securities management.
* Review, assess, and coordinate monthly progress claims and relevant invoices; prepare and execute progress payment certificates.
* Facilitate regular project progress meetings with contractors, record and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on key actions.
Qualifications & Experience:
* 5 years of experience working as a contracts administrator in multi-disciplinary major projects is required.
* Degree or diploma in Business, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or Cost Engineering is preferred.
* Knowledge of industry contracting practices, including EPC, EPCM, EPCMI, D&C, and BOOT models, is essential.
* Current unrestricted working rights for Australia are mandatory.
