The role provides administrative and data support to the shutdown team and is suited to someone comfortable working in fast-paced, site-based environments.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining and updating contract and cost control registersContractor onboarding and administrationReviewing contracts and analysing contractor daily cost sheetsBasic SAP data extraction, reporting, and analysisPreparing reports and summaries using Microsoft ExcelQualifications & ExperienceStrong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detailExperience using SAP or similar ERP systemsConfident communication skills and ability to support site and project teamsUnderstanding of maintenance and shutdown environmentsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Project or cost control exposure highly regardedPrevious shutdown or maintenance experience strongly preferred
