Job Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks R Suites Geelong. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.
About the role:
* Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required.
* Provide induction and supervision of external contractors.
* Implement the preventative maintenance program for the property
* Maintain daily work records and service schedules
Hourly Award Rate:
* Monday-Friday: $26.70
* Saturday: $33.38
* Sunday: $40.05
Qualifications
Successful applicants will have:
* Previous hands-on building maintenance experience
* A passion for delivering exceptional service
* Strong time management skills
* An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised
* Excellent interpersonal and communications
