Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to a team of professionals in the insurance industry.

* Provide administrative support to account holders regarding client insurance needs.
* Engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance requirements.
* Participate in policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities.
* Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and on time.
* Manage key stakeholder relationships.


Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to account holders, including responding to inquiries, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
2. Client Engagement: Engage with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, to support their insurance requirements.
3. Policy Management: Participate in policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports.
4. Policy Lodgement and Invoicing: Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and on time.
5. Relationship Management: Manage key stakeholder relationships with account holders, brokers, underwriters, and other relevant parties.


Requirements

* Experience: Experience supporting senior brokers with client accounts highly regarded.
* Skill Set: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Insurance Knowledge: Client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking experience highly regarded.
* Product Knowledge: Experience across general insurance products highly regarded.
* Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail.
* Professional Development: Desire for professional development through ongoing training.
