What You Will Do
At VCV Brisbane South, you will be responsible for providing an efficient after-sales service by identifying, sourcing and selling truck and bus parts to our valued customers.
Your Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
* Daily upkeep of retail displays
* Highlight current specials for customer visibility
* Actively market and sell parts to meet business targets
* Develop and maintain customer base, generating new business
* Coordinate and implement the supply of Parts and Parts Services
* Respond efficiently to customer enquiries, process invoices, and handle returns
* Provide prompt and courteous service to customers
* Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and team members
* Perform parts warehousing tasks, including sorting and ordering
* Raise vendor purchase orders and maintain documentation.
Your future team
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will work in a team of 15 Parts Interpreters and Team Leads, as well as alongside the Warehouse team of 7. You'll be based full time at our Brisbane South dealership in Wacol, which sits beside our Volvo Group Australia headquarters.

* Strong truck parts knowledge, ideally within a retail environment
* Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills
* The ability to participate in a rotating roster to work Saturday shifts and be on call for parts supply.
