About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Electronic Power Solutions as an Internal Sales & Administration Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be based in our Brendale, Queensland office, providing essential administrative and sales support to our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
* Providing high-quality customer service and support to existing and prospective clients
* Assisting with the processing and fulfilment of customer orders
* Maintaining accurate records and databases related to sales & service activities and customer information
* Preparing and sending correspondence, invoices, and other documentation
* Supporting the sales & service team with various administrative tasks and projects
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
* Performing general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
* Assisting with incoming and outgoing orders with willingness to operate walk behind fork lift
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a sales or customer service-oriented administrative role
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service administrative positions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Xero accounting software
* Intermediate level proficiency in Xero accounting software required
* A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
* Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Australian citizenship required for this position
