Job Description:
A Project Administrator is required to manage the administration of projects and finances, as well as oversee the office. This role involves supporting project managers, setting up proposals and projects, maintaining purchase orders, providing financial advice, and analyzing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting office staff, project managers, and senior management in multiple Geosyntec offices
- Proposal and project setup
- Assisting with Purchase Order setup and maintenance
- Providing financial guidance on project setup, tax requirements, invoicing, and revenue
- Oversight of Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Revenue analysis and financial performance review
- Project revenue analysis for PMs
- Backlog and market sector reporting
- Ad hoc reporting for senior management
- Monthly Invoicing cycle and Timesheet reporting
- Client Purchase Order reviews
- Purchase Order/Expense Reconciliation/Supplier Management
- Inbox Management – Administration & Personal
- Site Onboarding/Medicals/Travel requests/Documents control
- General office administration

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential: Experience in professional services, preferably in a firm, with progressively responsible experience in project administration (at least 3 years). A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college is preferred. Additionally, significant work-related experience may be considered.
Desirable: Experience in Professional Services Firm (Engineering Preferred), experience within Finance, Accounting, or similar, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (required), Knowledge of Infor system (highly regarded), and knowledge of JDE, Oracle, SAP, Coupa, or other accounting software (required).
