Assist to maximise Commercial Property business performance by developing and implementing innovative customer-centric marketing strategies and practices that support the delivery of our vision and strategic outcomes across assets within our Retail portfolio.
**The Opportunity - About the Role**
- Create and manage individual strategic marketing plans stable assets aligned to lease expiry.
- Create and manage strategic B2B marketing plans for developments (ie Aura Town Centre).
- Create, deliver and evaluate successful national and local campaigns aligned to strategy.
- Create and own overall media activity including always on for B2B Retail and S Connect.
- Develop and own Retailer engagement strategy and marketing account management.
- Contribute and drive B2B Retail and S Connect content and thought leadership.
- Ensure key partnerships and accounts are well managed to deliver to agreed key outcomes.
- Work with B2C team on community relations program/ events/ sponsorships for Retail assets aligned to national strategy.
**About You**
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience.
- Experience in marketing management.
- Significant experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- Prior experience in commercial office marketing is desirable.
- Knowledge of community development practices and corporate sustainability initiatives.
- Proven commercial acumen.
- Ability to develop skills of a marketing team.
