They are a close, stable team located in a trendy and impressive area (Near Glenelg) and are looking for their next team member who is passionate and looking for a long term move into Property Management.
ROLE DETAILS:
Portfolio management - Portfolio size will depend on experience
Admin support
Company Car or Car Allowance on offer
Support from Department Manager
No trust accounting required
Structured and organized systems
Fuel Allowance provided
Professional and consistent processes
Salary: for the Junior - $65k - $75K + Super + Car Allowance
Salary: for more experienced - North of $80,000 + (all allowances)
Amazing team longevity
6 Months to 1+ years experience as a Portfolio Property Manager showing stability and proven loyalty
Current property management license
Excellent people and relationship building skills
Self efficient and ability to work autonomously
Desire to progress in the industry
