Are you a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse or Registered Nurse seeking an engaging role in a fast-paced Emergency Department? Gawler Health Service invites applications for multiple ongoing part-time positions classified as RN/RM1 or RN/RM2C, with classification based on your knowledge and experience. HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
* Deliver direct, person-centred nursing care and case management to Emergency Department patients with increasing autonomy and clinical decision-making.
* Coordinate and lead patient care on shift-by-shift basis, supporting and mentoring less experienced staff, students, and Enrolled Nurses.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, risk management, and safe work practices to enhance patient safety and service delivery.
* Support clinical education, health promotion, and research activities within the Emergency Department to foster continuous professional development.
