What would your day-to-day look like? As the Facilities Manager, you will oversee building infrastructure maintenance, contractor performance, and compliance across your assigned property portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with Property, Asset Management, and Leasing teams to ensure functionality, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction—all while delivering best-value outcomes.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:Conduct property inspections and produce technical reportsIdentify and resolve issues related to building function, presentation, security, and cleanlinessOversee contractor engagement, compliance, and accessAdminister maintenance contracts and procurement processesEnsure risk management and safety processes are fully integrated
Assist in budget preparation and CAPEX forecastingMonitor contract expiry and renewal timelinesLiaise with tenants and stakeholders, responding to issues promptly and professionallyMaintain open, proactive communication across teams
Are you someone with?Qualifications in facilities, building, or asset management, or equivalent experienceExperience in a Facilities Management role across commercial or industrial assetsUnderstanding of WH&S, compliance, and relevant state and federal legislationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong stakeholder management and contractor engagement experienceProficiency in MS Office; experience with MRI or Nexus (highly regarded)Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
