We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Participant Engagement and Growth Coordinator to support participant intake, onboarding, service coordination, stakeholder engagement, marketing, compliance, and organisational growth.
About the Role
This role manages participant referrals, onboarding, and early service coordination, while building strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, hospitals, and community partners.
The position also contributes to business development, marketing, and quality compliance, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Participant Intake & Referral
* Manage NDIS referrals and enquiries
* Conduct initial intake assessments
* Liaise with support coordinators, families, hospitals, and referral partners
* Maintain the referral and enquiry register
* Participant Onboarding
* Coordinate onboarding of new participants
* Collect and manage NDIS plans, service agreements, risk assessments, and care plans
* Ensure documentation meets NDIS compliance requirements
* Service Commencement
* Support the first two weeks of service onboarding
* Monitor service delivery and ensure appropriate staff skill mix
* Identify service gaps and escalate where required
* Staff Coordination
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding of support staff
* Support appropriate staff-participant matching
* Participant & Stakeholder Engagement
* Maintain strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
* Ensure a positive onboarding and service experience
* Business Growth & Marketing
* Support business development and organisational growth
* Engage with referral partners and community networks
* Assist with marketing activities, service promotion, and community engagement
* Quality & Compliance
* Support NDIS Practice Standards compliance
* Assist with audit preparation, incident reporting, and continuous improvement
* Operational Support
* Assist management with service coordination and administration
* Maintain accurate documentation and internal records
Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* National Police Check
* Right to work in Australia
* Driver’s licence preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
