* Demonstrated experience in retail management and rural merchandise operations
* A strong background in business development and stakeholder relationship management
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and lead a team
* Solid understanding of rural products, including animal health and crop protection
* The ability to interpret sales data and trends to inform localized strategies
* A valid driver's licence (essential) and forklift licence (desirable)
