Inland Power Solutions (IPS) is an electrical company accredited with NSW Resources and Energy to perform contestable works within Essential Energy's network. As an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) we provide consultancy, design, maintenance, and construction to extend or install the Overhead and Underground Electrical networks.
Role and Responsibilities
* Engage in workplace projects as required.
* Committed to providing a safe working environment whilst following IPS Policy and Procedures
* Construction of low and high voltage electrical apparatus
* Termination, installation, and maintenance of distribution overhead and underground level 2 service connections
* Installation of private poles and underground pillars
* Fitting advanced metering equipment, testing, and energising
* Main Switch Board installations and alterations.
Qualifications and Experience
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
* Strong work ethic
* Current Manual Drivers' Licence
* Current NSW Electrical Licence
* White Card
Desirable Criteria but not essential
* HR Drivers Licence
* Advanced Metering Experience
* Essential Energy Network Experience (Overhead/Underground)
* Essential Energy Accredited Service Provider Class 2B, 2C or 2D
* LV Rescue and CPR
* Provide First Aid
