Senior / Site Supervisor
We have an engaging opportunity for a Senior / Site Supervisor to join our team. You will coordinate site activities for areas and packages of work with subcontract teams, maintaining safety and quality management in line with the program.
Responsibilities
* Develop short‐term programs and work schedules and understand the labour requirements.
* Effectively coordinate and supervise office resources for the project and manage trades.
* Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
* Work with engineers to manage construction issues and maintain progress against the program.
Qualifications
* Strong construction delivery experience on recent build projects between $50million – $100+million.
* Experience in similar roles on large projects with a main contractor.
* Ability to take ownership of areas of work and maintain engagement with the workforce and subcontractor supervisors, ensuring issues are managed quickly and efficiently.
