A global organisation are seeking a Receptionist to provide support in one of their buildings based in Southbank. There are 500 employees across 3 floors which include a customer floor and an employee floor. 
The contract is for 1 year commencing in the next 4 weeks. 
A police check will need to be completed prior to starting, the cost will be covered by the company. 
Responsibilities include: 
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors and signing them in 
Booking meeting rooms 
Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms aswell as liaising with caterers 
Data entry in excel sheets 
Mail room control 
About you: 
Prior Reception, Concierge, Hotel Reception or Administrative experience 
Excellent customer service skills 
Good MS Office skills - evaluated by Aspect 
Skilled manner and presentation 
Reliable, pro-active and friendly personality
