They attribute their success to their people and are now working with myself to find the next member of their team in Newcastle.Fantastic, dedicated and supportive team environmentDiverse range of exciting projects to play a key role in deliveringStrong emphasis on career growth and development for staffOffer flexible working hours (not full WFH)The RoleAs a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a vital role in the design, planning, and execution of various civil engineering projects.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives within scope, time, and budget constraints to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure solutions.Provide technical expertise in the design and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.Use software including MUSIC and DRAINS for stormwater designMentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceededThe CandidateTo be successful you MUST possess:Bachelor of Civil Engineering7+ years' experience as Civil Engineer for an Engineering Consultancy.Be ready to jump head first into a strong pipeline of projectsAt least general knowledge of typical engineering design software (AutoCAD, 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC).
