Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our warehouse team as a Site Operator. This hands-on role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of our facility, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and efficiency.
* Operate machinery and equipment safely, including pre-start checks.
* Participate in site operations, hazard identification, and safety meetings.
* Handle and store commodities in line with company standards.
* Complete administration and documentation as required.
* Maintain site cleanliness and presentation.
* Supervise and guide casual employees when needed.
* Forklift licence (essential).
* Truck licence (highly regarded).
* Experience operating forklifts and/or heavy machinery.
* Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
* A proactive, safety-first mindset and willingness to undertake training.
