A Monitoring and Response Professional working within a hospital setting will be responsible for overseeing the CCTV, electronic security access, and fire protection systems. This position falls under the Health Security Department, ensuring the safety and well-being of staff, patients, carers, and visitors across multiple facilities.
The ideal candidate will work from a control room in a regional hospital and participate in a continuous shift roster, spanning 24 hours, seven days a week. Weekend and public holiday rotations may be required. The role necessitates self-control, emotional stability, and the ability to handle potentially traumatic situations.
