About the Role
* As a Grade 2 Pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to acquire an in-depth understanding of and develop specialty practice in ambulatory and ward-based cancer pharmacy services.
This role involves assessing monitoring and providing appropriate drug therapy advice for individual patients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records dispensing data.
