Key responsibilities include: Leading and mentoring a team of HD Fitters, Auto Electricians and rebuild technicians Overseeing machine rebuilds, component refurbishment and pre-delivery work Managing workflow, WIP and job completion timelines Ensuring all work is completed to OEM standards Driving a strong safety culture and workshop efficiency What We're Looking For Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Auto Electrician with solid mining exposure Previous workshop supervisor experience or a Leading Hand / Senior HD Mechanic ready to step up into leadership Strong background across mobile plant, ideally with rebuilds, component work or OEM environments Proven ability to manage workflow and keep jobs moving to deadline Confident leading teams on the tools - mentoring, setting standards and holding people accountable Safety-first mindset with clear communication and the ability to drive team performance Location This is a residential Kalgoorlie role, so applicants must be located within 1 hour of town.
