Key responsibilities include: Leading and mentoring a team of HD Fitters, Auto Electricians and rebuild technicians Overseeing machine rebuilds, component refurbishment and pre-delivery work Managing workflow, WIP and job completion timelines Ensuring all work is completed to OEM standards Driving a strong safety culture and workshop efficiency What We're Looking For Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Auto Electrician Previous workshop leadership or supervisory experience Strong background working on mining equipment Ability to manage workflow, people and production targets Strong safety mindset and communication skills Location This is a residential Kalgoorlie role, so applicants must be located within 1 hour of town.
